AUDIT REPRESENTATION Should you request Gurin & Gurin, P.C. to represent you for an audit, additional fees will apply. A retainer is required, and a Power of Attorney will need to be signed before any work will commence.

RECORD RETENTION Gurin & Gurin, P.C. keeps copies of individual records for a minimum of EIGHT (8) years. Subsequently, all applicable records are shredded or return (upon request).

NOTARY SERVICES Available at NO COST to all Gurin & Gurin, P.C. clients.

ADDITIONAL FEES Assessed for re‐running ($35 each time), making additional copies of ($15 each copy) & faxing/e‐mailing/mailing ($15 per year/per copy) tax returns.

EXTENSIONS A 5% discount will be given to clients who file an extension & have Gurin & Gurin prepare their tax returns AFTER April 15, 2010. We MUST have all information by June 15, 2010 to qualify for this discount. Discount CANNOT be combined with any other offer, special or discount.

APPOINTMENTS Please call ahead if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.
