There are additional fees for redoing, making extra copies, and faxing copies of tax returns.

We DO NOT keep copies of W-2s. All additional W-2s are attached to your copy of the tax return. If you are contemplating refinancing, you may need to provide copies of these, so please hold on to your returns. Otherwise, you can request extra copies from the employer that issued the W-2.

Extensions: A 5% discount is given for those clients who file an extension and have us prepare their returns after April 15th. However, we MUST have all information by 6/15 of that calendar year to qualify.

Referrals: As our space and staff have grown, we are still accepting and encouraging referrals. If your referred person needs to see an accountant right away or with someone other than who you saw, we assure that ALL preparers are well-trained and receive continuing education. All returns and also looked over by John or Steve and verified before being printed.
